1. Who you are contracting with
These terms form a binding agreement between you and End of Life ("we", "us"), the operator of EOL.AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you accept these terms.
2. The service
EOL.AI provides device-lifecycle intelligence — predicted end-of-life dates, security-support timelines, resale value estimates and AI recommendations. Output is informational and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, fraud or spam;
- No infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- No interference with security — no malware, probing, scraping or bypassing rate limits;
- No reverse-engineering, resale or redistribution except as permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with your current plan.
6. Payments & subscriptions — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer-service enquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.
7. Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which End of Life is established, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
