How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team and we'll help you through the process.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window we generally do not issue refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel any time from your account page to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the standard window where required by applicable consumer-protection law, or in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages.
