  • Profile & usage: devices you look up, AI recommendations, preferences.
  • Technical: IP address, browser/user-agent, device identifiers, log timestamps.
  • Support messages you send us.
  • Cookies strictly necessary for authentication and (with consent) analytics.

Payment card details are collected directly by Paddle and never stored on our servers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Creating your account and providing the service — performance of a contract.
  • Billing, subscription management, tax and invoicing via Paddle — contract / legal obligation.
  • Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection — legitimate interests.
  • Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests or consent.
  • Marketing emails — consent, withdrawable at any time.

4. Sharing your data

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — Merchant of Record; handles payments, subscriptions, tax, invoicing and refunds.
  • Subprocessors for hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics.
  • Professional advisers where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by applicable law.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
