This service ("EOL.AI") is operated by End of Life ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

- Account data: email, hashed password, authentication provider IDs.
- Profile & usage: devices you look up, AI recommendations, preferences.
- Technical: IP address, browser/user-agent, device identifiers, log timestamps.
- Support messages you send us.
- Cookies strictly necessary for authentication and (with consent) analytics.
Payment card details are collected directly by Paddle and never stored on our servers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Creating your account and providing the service — performance of a contract.
- Billing, subscription management, tax and invoicing via Paddle — contract / legal obligation.
- Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection — legitimate interests.
- Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests or consent.
- Marketing emails — consent, withdrawable at any time.
4. Sharing your data
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — Merchant of Record; handles payments, subscriptions, tax, invoicing and refunds.
- Subprocessors for hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics.
- Professional advisers where necessary.
- Authorities where required by applicable law.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month.
